Toddler Gift Guide

I’ve created a toddler gift guide below of some of our tried-and-true favorites with Levi, and some that I’m getting Charlee this year.

My littlest one, Charlee, will be 1 year old this week! I’ve noticed within the last month she’s become really active, and she’s so close to walking. Last Christmas she was a month old, so this year she’ll be a lot more aware of what’s going on. I like to get toys that are interactive, engaging, educational, and help develop her fine motor skills. I’ve created a toddler gift guide below of some of our tried-and-true favorites with Levi, and some that I’m getting Charlee this year.

Montessori Wooden Box with Interchangeable Lids – This is similar to the lovevery kit I’m getting Charlee next month, and I love how it comes with 3 interchangeable lids. The lids range in difficulty level, so this is a toy that will be played with for a long time.

Walker – We had this same walker when my son was little. He loved it! This toy is great to help toddler’s balance while they are walking. Also, when they are sitting, they can enjoy playing with the activity center on the front.

Sled – We had this sled for Levi. If you live where it snows, this sled is definitely a must have. It’s great to be able to get your little one outside during the colder months and bring them for a walk in their sled.

Puzzle – My family loves puzzles, and I’m excited to get Charlee into them. I’m starting her with chunky puzzles and then she’ll eventually go to 2-piece puzzles later this year.

Doll – This doll is so soft and cuddly. It’s perfect for your little one!

Pounding Wooden Bench – This is a new toy I’m getting Charlee for Christmas this year. I remember having a similar one growing up, and I loved it! This will help with her fine motor skills. As she hits a peg, another one pops up.

Activity BookMy First Magic Painting or the My First Coloring Books are filled with simple illustrations for little kids. I’m grabbing a few to introduce Charlee to this year.

Vehicles – These little trucks were Levi’s favorite toy for so long. The trucks were little enough for a toddler to hold and carry around the house. There’s a tractor, cement mixer, loader, and a dump truck.

Toy Cleaning Supplies – I don’t know a toddler that doesn’t like to help clean. This is a great toddler cleaning set for when your little one wants to join in.
