Recipes We’ve Made During Social Distancing

Since we’ve been quarantined in the house for almost a month a lot of cooking has taken place. We’ve made every breakfast, lunch, and dinner (plus a few desserts). It’s a lot of planning, prepping and cooking. I wanted to share some yummy recipes we’ve been having because I know we can all be in a rut about what to make sometimes. Some of the recipes below are our go-to favorites and some of them we’ve recently tried and loved. I hope you enjoy!

Ham and Broccoli Quiche

*Note – Instead of bacon I use diced ham and instead of green onion I use a regular onion.

Sneaky Zucchini Chocolate Chunk Bread

*Note – Instead of coconut oil I use vegetable oil and instead of whole wheat flour I use regular all-purpose flour.

Creamy Ham Potato and Corn Chowder

Joanna Gaines French Silk Pie

Note – I’ve also made Joanna Gaines Lemon Pie on Easter for the last 2 years. It’s Lance’s favorite dessert I make. Click for recipe here.

* Just add homemade whipped cream to the French Silk Pie.

Chicken Parmesan Meatball Subs

Soy-Maple Glazed Salmon

*Note – 5 ingredient recipe!

Light and Crispy Waffles

Note – Lance and I couldn’t stop saying how good these waffles were. It was a new recipe we tried out (I was constantly searching for the best waffle recipe) and we won’t change it up any time soon.
